What does a website really do for me apart from "being found online"?
A good website does much more than just be visible. It helps you build trust, present your business clearly and immediately show interested parties why they’ve come to the right place. It can answer common questions, facilitate bookings or inquiries, show reviews or even handle sales, just as it suits your business. How long will it take for my website to be completed?
As a rule, we need no longer than 4 weeks, provided we receive all the necessary content (text, images, information, etc.) from you in good time. The exact time frame may vary slightly depending on the scope and individual requirements. However, we will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
What distinguishes BSC Webdesign from modular systems like Wix or Jimdo?
Modular systems such as Wix or Jimdo are good for getting started, especially if you have the time and inclination to familiarize yourself intensively. The difference with us is that you don’t get a standard solution, but an individually designed website that is precisely tailored to your company in terms of appearance, technology and content. We also provide you with personal support, take care of the implementation and ensure that everything runs professionally and functions reliably. You don’t have to deal with settings, layouts or technical issues yourself, because we take care of everything.
How does the collaboration work, step by step?
We start with a free initial consultation in which we get to know your company, your goals and your wishes. We then create a concept and start designing and building the website. Even if not all the content is available yet, we get started and adapt everything as soon as texts and images arrive. We will keep you regularly updated throughout the project. You get an insight into the current status and can give feedback at any time on what you like and what needs to be adapted. We then take care of all legal issues such as the legal notice and data protection and bring your website online ready for use.
Can I have a say in the design?
Absolutely, that is very important to us. We contribute our experience in design and user guidance, but you know your company best. That’s why design is always a collaborative process. We make suggestions, you give feedback and we adapt everything. In the end, the website should not only look professional, but also suit you and your business.
Do I get to see a design concept or draft in advance?
Yes, of course. After we have discussed your wishes and goals in the initial meeting, we create a first design draft so that you can get an early feeling of what your website could look like. This is not a final version, but a basis on which we can continue to work together. You can give feedback, suggest changes and help decide which direction it should take.
Do I have to take care of the content and images myself?
We do not provide you with pictures, as we want your website to remain authentic, regardless of whether they are photos of you, your team or your products. If you don’t have suitable images yet, we’ll be happy to give you tips or recommend someone for a professional photo shoot. We take care of the text, structure and layout. You don’t have to provide ready-made formulations, it’s enough if you give us the most important information, for example what you offer or what is particularly important to you. We take care of the rest professionally, comprehensibly and precisely tailored to your business.
Prices & Packages
What do websites and web stores cost at BSC Webdesign?
Our prices depend on the size of your website. A one-pager, i.e. a single, clear page with all the important information, starts at 995 euros. For more extensive multi-pagers with several sub-pages and detailed content, prices start at 1,495 euros. If you need a web store that is clearly structured and easy to use, the starting price is 1,795 euros. We would be happy to provide you with an individual quote based on your requirements.
Are there any hidden costs or monthly fees?
No, there are no hidden costs with us. You will receive a fixed quote in advance for the creation of the website or webshop, which we will discuss with you in a transparent manner. In addition, one of our monthly support packages is mandatory. In this way, we ensure that your website runs technically flawlessly even after the launch, remains up-to-date and you are always well looked after in the event of questions or minor changes. We will coordinate the exact content with you individually.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, absolutely. We know that investments need to be easy to plan, especially for smaller companies or start-ups. That’s why we also offer installment payments on request. Simply contact us and we will find a fair solution.
Technology, support & data protection
Can you revise my existing website?
This depends on which system or provider was used to create your current website. Many platforms can only be adapted to a limited extent. In most cases, it therefore makes more sense to rebuild the website technically so that you benefit from a modern, fast and secure basis. We can of course take over existing design elements, content or structures and optimize them according to your wishes.
What if I don't have a domain or e-mail address yet?
No problem, we can help you with that. If you don’t have a domain yet, we will look for a suitable name together and register it for you. We also support you in setting up a professional e-mail address, for example kontakt@deinunternehmen.at, so that your presence is serious and complete right from the start. So you don’t have to worry about anything technical, we’ll take care of it for you.
Will my website look good on mobile?
Yes, absolutely. All websites and web stores that we create are optimized for all devices, i.e. for desktop, tablet and smartphone. Precisely because most people surf on their cell phones these days, we attach particular importance to ensuring that your website loads quickly, looks good and is easy to use. This is not an extra for us, but standard.
Can I edit my website myself after the launch?
Yes, of course. You receive all access from us and can edit your website yourself at any time. However, depending on the package you choose, we may also include ongoing revisions. In practice, many of our customers appreciate this service, as changes are implemented professionally, quickly and without additional effort.
Who takes care of maintenance and updates?
We take care of it for you. With our support packages, we take care of technical updates, security measures and regular backups to keep your website stable and protected. You don’t have to worry about anything, we keep everything up to date and functional for you.
How secure is my website with regard to the GDPR?
Data protection is important to us and we take it very seriously. In the BSC Essential package, we create the legal notice and privacy policy using proven generators and our best knowledge. For many companies, this is completely sufficient. From the BSC Plus package onwards, we work together with a specialized IT law firm that creates verified texts, including updates in the event of changes to the law.

What additional services does BSC Webdesign offer?
In addition to our focus on professional websites and web stores, we also support you in other areas of your corporate image. Depending on your needs, we design logos and business cards and take care of creating or optimizing your Google Maps entry to increase your online visibility.
Can you also help me with copywriting, SEO or social media?
Yes, we support you with texts and basic SEO such as suitable keywords, meta descriptions and a clear structure as part of the website creation process. Social media is a little more individual and depends heavily on what you need. If you would like support there, it is best to discuss this in person. Basically, a lot is possible, from consulting to complete implementation.
Is there any training or instructions for me?
Yes, depending on what you need. For things like email setup or the Google Maps entry, we will provide you with clear instructions. If you like, we can also offer a short meeting to show you how to make minor changes to your website. Without any complicated technical terms, free of charge and simple, so that you feel safe.
Will you still be available in the future if I need help?
We won’t leave you alone even after the launch, which is why we offer monthly support. If you have any questions, want to make changes or need technical support, we are always there for you: fast, uncomplicated and personal. Long-term cooperation is important to us, and you can rely on that.
What happens if I want to change something later?
Changes are of course possible, as your business continues to develop. What exactly is covered depends on the chosen support package. For example, the BSC Essential package includes minor adjustments to texts. With the BSC Plus package, you have a little more flexibility, for example for changes to longer texts or images. In the BSC Premium package, we can optimize more extensively and include additional sections. What is not covered are changes to an entire subpage and a completely new website. But we can also find a fair solution for this on request.
