1. Organizer<\/h5>

The organizer of the competition is BSC Webdesign OG, Vienna, Austria.<\/p>

2. Participation<\/h5>

All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria or another member state of the European Union are eligible to participate. Employees of BSC Webdesign OG are excluded from participation. <\/p>

3. Participation period<\/h5>

The competition runs from 01.04.2026 to 31.04.2026.<\/p>

4. Participation requirements<\/h5>

Participation is via the online form provided. All mandatory fields must be filled in completely and truthfully. Each person may only participate once. <\/p>

5. Selection of the winner<\/h5>

The winner will be chosen at random. The selection will be made by the BSC Webdesign OG team. Legal recourse is excluded.<\/p>

6. Profit<\/h5>

The prize includes the free creation of a website with a maximum of five subpages by BSC Webdesign OG.
The prerequisite for claiming the prize is the conclusion of a monthly service subscription (one of our Essential, Plus or Premium<\/em> packages).
A cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded.<\/p>

7. Notification<\/h5>

The winner will be notified by phone call or e-mail. If no response is received within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited. <\/p>

8. Data protection<\/h5>

The personal data collected during participation (name, telephone number, e-mail address, company name and concept description) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of running the competition. Further information can be found in our privacy policy<\/a>. <\/p>

9. Exclusion<\/h5>

BSC Webdesign OG may exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation or provide false information.<\/p>

10. Premature termination<\/h5>

BSC Webdesign OG reserves the right to terminate or change the competition prematurely at any time for good cause.<\/p>

11. Legal process<\/h5>
